A building proposal is proposed that would allow a total of 80 homes, 12 of which would be penthouses of 100 m² useful and 68 would be flats of 75 m² useful. It is probably the most consistent proposal for the area where land is located. Sales prices can be around €250,000 for three-bedroom flats and €300,000 for penthouses. Attached are some plans of a simple scheme of possibilities, it would be necessary to adjust to the perimeter of the plot that is not a perfect parallelepiped and adjust to regulations the sections that do not comply, create the installation steps that are precisin etc... The basement car park is planned with two lateral ramps and a wide interior circulation, emergency exits will need to be planned.
